Mission and Outreach Opportunities
YWAM Southern Plains hosts both groups and individuals desiring to minister cross culturally in Native American communities. The Southwest portion of Oklahoma is home to a variety of Native American tribes. Individuals and groups ministering in this area can expect to minister in a variety of ways to a diverse group of people.
Sending Out Through relationships with local churches and individuals, YWAM Southern Plains sends both groups and individuals to the nations. Our goal is to send Native American and cross cultural groups to minister to other cultures and countries.
Linking Together One of the most exciting opportunities YWAM Southern Plains offers is to link local groups and individuals with others from different states and nations. Our hope is that each group can learn from each other while ministering the love of Jesus to a new and unique culture. Opportunities Include: - Outreach
- Family Training
- Christian Counseling
- King’s Kids Leadership Training
- Church Mission Training
- Intercession Prayer Training
- Youth Ministry Training Cross Cultural Ministry Training
Jesus didn’t set an age limit on the great commission and neither does YWAM Southern Plains. People of all ages -- young people, families and retired people -- have impacted the lives of many throughout the world. In addition many cultural, educational and racial groups have touched others and can reach those that cannot be reached. We believe that many are called to minister God’s love and grace to others throughout the world. It is our desire to equip and send these individuals and groups to fulfill their destinies in Christ.
