YWAM Southern Plains is located in Apache, Oklahoma. Our ministry is primarily focused on North American Indigenous Christian Ministry. Although YWAM Southern Plains works with all people in the Southern Plains, God has called the ministry to work with the Native American population of the area.
It is the desire of YWAM Southern Plains to not only invite groups and individuals to minister in this area, but to equip and send Indigenous people out on missions work.

The vision for YWAM Southern Plains was begun in 1995. God took the staff through many forms of preparation. In January 1997 the base was started in Apache. The base is in the pioneering stage. It is the only YWAM base in Oklahoma. It is our goal to establish a permanent work here that will be the launching pad for the people of the Southern Plains to rise up and fulfill their calling in the completion of the great commission.

Our Mission:
“To join with the people of the Southern Plains in gaining a more intimate knowledge of God and to help equip and facilitate them so that they might rise up and fulfill their calling in the completion of the great commission.”
